Service Policy
By accepting King of Sleep LLC services, you agree:
- To check with your GP if your child has any medical conditions which prevent him/her from being sleep trained safely.
- To disclose your child’s medical condition (if there is any).
- To the information surrounding your child to be used in case studies. Please note, that no identifying information will be used, and all names will be changed.
- Not to share the information received from us with a third party.
- To accept that our consulting services are nontransferable.
- To pay the invoice prior to the consultation date and acknowledge that if the invoice has not been paid, no services will be provided.
- If we do not hear from you/ are unable to reach you for a period of time or you miss a pre-arranged call/meeting time, we will assume that all is going well, and no support is required.
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Our services cancellations done prior to 48 hours of scheduled consultation date will be 100% refunded. Cancellations done less than 48 hours prior to scheduled consultation date will be only 50% refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized/illegal transaction is suspected.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order or other reasons.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
